1. How long will it take to produce my order before it ships?
All inventoried items are already produced and will ship to you within 1 business day of placing your order. These items can be found in the categories named: Items That Ship Same or Next Business Day. All other items are not kept in inventory (not pre-decorated), and will take approximately 2-3 weeks to produce and ship. These items can be found in the categories named: Custom Production Items
2. How long will it take my package to arrive once it ships?
Package delivery time will depend on the distance the package has to travel to arrive at its destination. Ground shipping can take anywhere from 1-6 days.
3. Can I ship my order to my P.O. Box?
No. UPS and FedEx cannot deliver packages to P.O. boxes. You must provide a physical location when setting the shipping destination at checkout.
4. Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?
You have until 2PM CST the day you place your order to cancel it. If the order is placed after 2PM, you have until 6PM CST that day to cancel it. You must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. with your full name, order confirmation number that was emailed to you and last 4 digits of the credit card number that was used. If you are requesting to cancel an order for an inventoried item(s), you may do so and receive a credit for the unused product as long as it is in its original packaging with the tags/ labels still on. We cannot accept returns or issue credits for product that is special ordered (non-inventory items). Those are custom produced upon order, and we cannot return them to the manufacturer. All sales for non-inventory items are final.
5. What are your business hours?
We are available to help you with your order Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm Central Standard time.
6. Return and Refund Policy
Bob Lilly Professional Promotions does not offer a refund or exchange policy on non-inventory goods unless the goods are lost or damaged in transit. We do offer a full refund on inventoried product that is returned unused, in its original packaging with the tags/ labels still on.
*** Please note that all shipments made by UPS to a residential address may be left on doorstep if nobody is home to sign for the package. Bob Lilly Professional Promotions does not take responsibility for orders that are missing once UPS marks the order as delivered.
